We provide domain registry, web hosting and e-mail services in partnership with various service providers, all based in USA. We do not believe in reinventing the wheel or making fresh investments when world-class infrastructure is already in place. Our advantage lies in the leverage of knowledge. We choose our partners with great care and all are world class organizations. Our range of services covers the full spectrum and suiting all pockets. The services are classified below:
Low cost Linux based web hosting and e-mail services by mmguniversal.com banner in partnership with a Texas based service provider.
Windows based hosting in partnership with Florida based service provider and by www.mmgmail.biz.
Shared e-mail hosting, similar to MS Exchange, but budget, by www.mmgmail.info in partnership with Missouri based service provider. It is preferable that customers have their own registered domain names to avail this service, but not absolutely necessary. SMBs can use our extension @mmgmail.info. Microsoft Shared Exchange Server 2007 - by www.mmgindia.com in partnership with Virginia based service provider. Customers must have their own registered domain names to avail this service.
Hosted BlackBerry Exchange Service - BES - as on add on service to the above. Not offered as a standalone service
Pre Paid Cloud Computing in association with a San Francisco based service provider. The finger pointing for this service will be provided by www.mmgcommunications.info with effect from October, 2011.

All services are sold and serviced by MMG Universal. All services support customer's domain names and they need to change the MX server settings in their domain registrar's cPanel. We will advise the concerned MX details. It takes 24 to 48 hours for the same to be propagated on the internet. If DNS changes has to be done and if necessary, it may take maximum 72 hours for the changes to propagate. During this period the mails cannot be delivered and web site will not be accessible. This is not in our control and is the limitation of the internet system. We recommend that the changes to DNS or MX servers is done on weekends to cause least disruption. However, urgent mails can be received and sent using alternate IDs during this period. This needs very careful planning. We shifted to a superior Space city Houston based server from Atlanta and all our sites were up and running in less than 24 hours and the disruption was not noticed by anyone.

- Linux based services is recommended by us for small enterprises like proprietary setups, small offices, SOHOs, shops, boutiques, restaurants etc., and those businesses who do not carryout eCommerce but require low cost web presence for information and communications purposes. - Bandwidth is allotted on a monthly basis and cannot be carried forward. They are more than adequate for use by genuine users.
- The hourly quota of e-mail is 200 for all accounts to prevent spamming or sending UCE. The system is monitored 24x7x365 days for any unusual activity and action taken. We love our customers and treat them like God but hate spammers. Customers should not even think about it when availing our services. Many spammers use our IDs falsely. Unfortunately, reputation has a price.

Based in in a facility which has one of the best and world class internet backbone. The server with RAID 10 is located in Space city Houston, Texas, USA. It is a virtual private server with a specific disk space, large burstable RAM and very large bandwidth hired out by us for our needs. The pages will load faster because the dedicated bandwidth is very high and the traffic is shared with very few others. We can keep on upgrading as and when required. It is like driving on a high speed freeway with very limited traffic. All the servers are located at top-tier NOCs, with redundant fiber connectivity, diesel backup and climate-controlled environments. Mail Forwarding
Mail forwarding to ID of your choice - Just USD 2.49 per year. Most e-mail service providers charge USD 4.99 for such a service. We will provide an ID like you@mmguniversal.com and will be acting as a post office for your incoming mail and just that. This will be useful if you do not want to reveal your real ID. However, you cannot use our SMTP facility for sending mail under the mail forwarding plan. You can use the SMTP authentication of your ISP, if they allow it. SMTP stands for 'Simple Mail Transfer Protocol'. It means allowing outgoing mail of approved IDs to be sent through their servers. Most good ISPs will consider it as a phishing attempt and disallow it. Please check with them. However, please note that this ID should not be used for spamming or UCE as undelivered mail will be resolved to our servers. Our server will not be able to bounce them because they are valid IDs. In such cases we will give 3 warnings before suspending the account. No refunds are permissible in such cases.
